Many aches and pains resolve on their own. They just need time, appropriate levels of movement and the right information. Some are a little more stubborn.

I believe that effective care requires an emphasis on exercise, movement, an understanding of pain, and optimising life-style factors
(sleep, diet, movement, having fun etc) with manual methods in a supporting role.
